What's the process?
(The Simple Steps)

    We'll have an online conversation with you, and your community organisation to compile and gather existing data, stories and information about your activities, outputs, and outcomes.

    This could include any quantitative data (e.g. number of people served, amount of money raised, etc) as well as qualitative data (e.g. testimonials, case studies, etc).

  • 2. Data Analysis (Sensemaking)

    We'll analyse and make sense of the data to identify key trends, successes, and areas to highlight for your impact report.

    This could involve analysing and sense-making any additional content, website, social media, past strategic documents, statistics, visualisations, or other relevant info before moving into the next step.

  • 3. Report Writing (Draft)

    We'll write an draft report that summarises your findings and tells the story of your community organisation's impact.

    This could include an executive summary, background information, your people, your programme results, and your impact in the wider community.

  • 4. Report Design (Deliverables)

    We'll transform the written content into a visually compelling, accessible, and branded impact report.

    Using professional and AI-powered design tools, we'll optimise the report for both digital and print formats while conducting accessibility checks to ensure inclusivity.

  • 5. Final Review (Then Share!)

    You'll have the final say, and review the report for accuracy, clarity, and completeness, and make any necessary revisions.
