We follow a 5-step workflow:

5. Is the output customisable?
Yes! Depending on what pricing tier you decide, you can choose from various report styles, formats, and depths depending on your audience - whether it’s for internal learning, board reporting, or donor engagement.
6. How is my data kept secure and confidential?
We take privacy seriously. All uploaded data is encrypted and handled under strict data protection protocols. We do not share or use your data outside of your reporting process. We also highly encourage you to only share information that you feel comfortable sharing in the public domain, as ideally your Impact Report will be shared publicly.
7. How long does it take to get a report?
Depending on the length and complexity of the data, we’ve been told the traditional impact reporting process can take around 2-3 months.
However, this reimagined simpact AI impact reporting process takes as little as 2-3 weeks.
This depends on your co-operation in scheduling our calls and supplying data.
