Jade brings a diverse range of experience from Design and Community to the Social Impact consulting space in Aotearoa New Zealand.

As a Strategic Designer, Facilitator, Innovator, Collaborator & Educator, Jade is deeply passionate about co-designing better futures, and leveraging Emerging Tech, specifically AI, for good.

Jade’s career has been more of a squiggly line, than a straight line. With over 20+ years experience in the Tech + Design for Social Impact space, this particular social venture - 'simpact AI' weaves the professional strands, challenges and opportunities she's personally worked with.

Operating in the community, philanthropic and public sectors over the years, Jade holds a strong desire to democratise AI for the community, voluntary and not-for-profit sectors to create impactful and equitable futures.

Previously, Jade co-founded Curative, a creative agency focused on social good. She established CreativeMornings (Auckland Chapter), a monthly breakfast lecture series for the creative community, and was also an associate of the Centre for Social Impact & Innovation Unit ANZ as well as serving in several community governance roles.

Currently, alongside simpact AI, Jade is delighted to support the amazing mahi of academyEX, ThinkPlace and Design Futures Aotearoa.

Ngāti Porou ki Hauraki, Ngāpuhi

Anthea translates complex technology and AI capabilities into practical, human-centred solutions for the social sector as our Chief Technology Officer.

Her early digital career balanced client service and sales for respected Auckland digital agency Terabyte Interactive; alongside co-management of a non-profit where her relationship with simpact AI CEO Jade began!

Anthea’s experience includes commercial sector work within major media brands such as Newstalk ZB, ZM, Hauraki, NZ Herald in NZ, and radio Australia. Her clients have included FMCG, tourism, and local governments - bringing a broad context awareness to her solutions.

Returning her skills to the community sector in 2019 as Digital Strategist for Foundation North, Anthea led massive digital transformation - her solutions succeed to this day.

She brings that same insightful systems-level view to simpact AI, co-designing product and data strategies with charities, funders, and community leaders.

Grounded in her experiences as a Māori creative and technologist, Anthea is driven to lend her skills building digital solutions that are inclusive, accessible, trustworthy, and genuinely effective - for positive community outcomes.

Anthea is also an artist, qualified Nail Technician and educator with deep roots in Coromandel, where her family remains.

(Chief Design Officer)

Anjana believes in design as a bridge between organisations and people. As Fractional Chief Design Officer at Simpact AI, she designs visual systems and storytelling frameworks to help community organisations and philanthropic leaders harness impact reporting as a tool for change.

With 14+ years of creative strategy and design practice, Anjana has built a reputation for breaking down difficult topics with boldness and clarity. She crafts brand identities and visual narratives that move people, weaving together storytelling, data visualization, animation, and strategic communication design. She has worked with clients across technology, STEM, education, governance, not-for-profit, and retail, including DDB / Track Aotearoa, Auckland Council, Ministry of Education, Air New Zealand, Westpac, The Warehouse Group, and more.

Her internationally recognised project Found in Translation (which gave people words for emotions and feelings they'd felt but never knew existed), demonstrates her belief that design bridges understanding across cultures and languages.

Driven by curiosity, and a refusal to shy away from complexity, Anjana brings the vibrance and ambition of her Mumbai roots to everything she does in Tāmaki Makaurau. She previously hosted the Creative Mornings Auckland Chapter, ran as a Councillor Candidate for Whau Ward in the local elections, and actively organises across the South Asian diaspora in Auckland, where she brings that same energy to building community power.

Lisa Lopeti was born in Aotearoa and holds deep connections to her Chinese and Cambodian whakapapa.

A social justice advocate and social entrepreneur, she is committed to creating systemic change and advancing equity for underserved New Zealanders and marginalised communities globally. With over 16 years of experience across the non-profit and community sectors, Lisa’s work spans international NGOs, local charitable trusts, and cross-sector collaborations.

She has held leadership, management, consultancy, and governance roles throughout her career. Alongside SImpact, she is working with Foundation North to establish a microlending service for small businesses who lack access to mainstream finance, while also serving as Development Director of Alongsiders International and Executive Director of the Impact Open Source Software Trust. Previously, she co-founded and led the Iti Rearea Collective — a collaboration of six organisations working to remove socio-economic barriers for aspiring refugee and migrant entrepreneurs.

Lisa also founded Child Rescue, the New Zealand arm of an international organisation that rescues and restores children from sex trafficking and exploitation, and has worked in Cambodia alongside NGOs supporting at-risk and vulnerable youth. Having seen firsthand the challenges faced by non-profit organisations, Lisa believes the thoughtful use of AI can be a game-changer — enabling greater efficiency, insight, and impact across the sector.

A Leadership New Zealand Alumna and member of the Asia New Zealand Foundation Leadership Network, Lisa is proud to call West Auckland home.
