Conversation
We'll have an online conversation with your community organisation to gather existing data, stories and insights about your activities, outputs, and outcomes.
This could include any quantitative data (e.g. number of people served, amount of money raised, etc) as well as qualitative data (e.g. testimonials, case studies, etc).
2 - Data Analysis
Sensemaking
We'll analyse and make sense of the data to identify key trends, successes, and areas to highlight for your impact report.
This could involve analysing and sense-making any additional content, website, social media, past strategic documents, statistics, visualisations, or other relevant info before moving into the next step.
3 - Report Writing

We'll write a draft report tuned to the audience, purpose, and content you provide; which summarises your findings and tells the story of your community organisation's impact.
This could include an executive summary, background information, your people, your programme results, and your impact in the wider community.
4 - Report Design
Deliverables

Then share!
